What NOT to Bring
-
Camp Wattle Grove is a smoke free, drug free, pet free and alcohol free camp site.
Cleaning
-
Camp Wattle Grove is a self cleaning camp site.
-
Camps are required to arrange day rosters for ablution cleaning, washing and drying of dishes and dining room cleaning.
-
Kitchen cleaning is the responsibility of those doing the catering and must be cleaned at the end of each day.
-
Please keep areas you use clean and ensure they are left clean when departing.
-
If you do not clean to an acceptable standard, we will need to clean for you and you will be charged accordingly.
-
If you wish to hire our cleaners for the end of your camp, prior arrangement needs to be made with the manager at least 2 weeks before your camp begins.
Departure
-
Each camp must have cleaned and vacated the site by 3pm on the day of departure.
-
If you wish to stay longer on the last day, this will need to be arranged prior to your camp with the manager and an extra charge may be incurred.
Electricity Usage
-
If electrical power is required for large or power hungry equipment then extra charges will apply.
Noise
-
Due to the close proximity of our neighbours and new shire regulations, noise from amplified equipment will be monitored and must be kept at levels that meet those regulations.
-
The noise curfew is 10pm.
-
All powered music equipment must be switched off (including microphones) and noise needs to be kept at a minimum after this time.
-
Drums must not be played after this time.
-
Due to some camps abusing this rule, an electronic timer has been installed on the Auditorium power supply and all power will automatically switch off between 10.15pm and 7.30am (except for lights)
-
To protect your equipment, please ensure you have powered down computers and projectors before this curfew.
-
SUBWOOFERS are not permitted on site. The noise from subs carries a long way and is not containable in the auditorium.
-
We encourage campers to be in bed by 11pm. External lights on grounds will automatically switch off at this time.
-
If you wish to hold activities after this time, prior arrangements will need to be made with the site manager.
Breakages and Loss
-
Breakages or loss of equipment, furniture, windows, lights, plates, sound equipment, etc. must be brought to the attention of the manager immediately.
-
You will be charged for the repair/replacement of these items.
Final Inspection
-
An inspection of each of the hired areas will be completed to check for cleanliness and damages prior to your departure.
-
At this time please supply the manager with your final attendance numbers.
-
All breakages or damage to site and equipment must be reported by this time.
